Mechanical pencils. I LOVE mechanical pencils. I buy those 30pk papermate rainbow mechanical pencils. And somehow i buy those 6 per pack big pink eraser for php 66.00… Its impossible to use all those! Unless i lose them.. but as for the mechanical pencils, i just love the color :p

My compulsion is collecting media free from the Internet. That may not seem strange to you but ever since I purchased a Laptop in 2005 I have been a compulsive collector. I spend hours every day at my computer.

I downloaded a free program that allowed me download virtually any video I want. I can copy any document I want and refer to it back by copy the http into the document. On Facebook I could copy pictures of friends and family. I can copy videos and pictures from a host of different website. I don’t have to worry about copyright infringement. The free program boasts of this capability as a feature.

So what did have I done, do, and will do? I will keep rushing to collect everything I can as long as it is free. Ever since media was invented they put the horse behind the cart or there is no horse at all. A lot of things are a free-for-all.

I have so much in my collection I had to buy an external hard drive with the capacity to store 1 Terabyte of data. That is about 1,000 gigabytes. I can not use any of these new fangled gadgets. The most I’ve heard them store is 84 gigabytes. If they made file transfers easy it won’t be. Normally Apple and PC files are not compatible. All I need is a program to organize all this stuff and can load it in the right program.

I haven’t had the time to view, read, or listen to what I have collected. I am to busy collecting. Collecting is the fun part. It’s like a treasure hunt, without a map, to see what I can discover. Besides, everything I have collected is old. I’m not in touch with the now and frankly I’m too old to like it.

When I was a young girl, I used to have this seriously weird addiction of smelling my hand and my fingers. When I became a teenager I tried not to do it anymore, and eventually it stopped!

I am addicted to buying pens and notebooks.

I have certain pens that I love, and I swear I have bought hundreds of them at a time before (for my office) and was stingy about handing them out. LOL. I just don’t want to run out of them. I hate when I can’t find one…or, worse, I can only find a Bic pen. Ahhhhhhhhh!

Paper…oh, that sweet, beautiful, blank paper…I love it. I once bought about 500 notebooks in August. They were five cents each at Wal-mart. I keep waiting for that sale to hit again, because I am now out (I donated the rest to my church when they were making school supply backpacks for the kids). I will probably buy all that they have. LOL

I have an odd little habit of collecting dates.Birthdates,death dates.If I am watching Television,I must get on the computer and find the date(s) for the person I am watching.Funny thing is,I never forget any of them.My head is full of everybodys dates.Its become a game with my kids.They like to try and stump me.lol Not sure why I do this but it started at a young age and now I MUST do it.What does this mean?

Lordy, but I love the cranberry Febreze scent that I can only find near Christmas… it was all I could do not to buy ten last December… but I guess my strange addiction right now is… well, I was gonna say notebooks, because it’s strange to everyone with a laptop but…uh… I think I have to go with Sharpies. I have sooooo many colors, even a metallic silver that just… and I might be a teensy bit addicted to the smell, too. There’s nothing like that whiff when you first un-cap a sharpie to start marking things up…
