I garden, take walks, at with my son and teach him. Laugh with him and with my husband. I look around and realize that life is always happening and I am learning to take deeper breaths and feel the sun on my face. Noticing stillness and finding myself contented. Sometimes it’s only for a moment but I noticed that moment and learned from it.
