People like you were a large part of why I created WANACon. The expense and physical beating of you trying to come to a US conference? OY! And you are welcome to come visit Texas any time. Once had a writer come from Australia and took her to the shooting range. Another comes regularly from the UK and spends time at our family ranch. Only one little dog and not creepy at all. Fabulous! You will get to meet me tonight and questions are encouraged!

I’m happy Francis inspired you. I know I felt like that when I was in the corporate world. Was failing at everything because I wasn’t true to my gift. My tail was plucked clean and all my joy lost until I found my art.

Ok, Francis following his dreams was the final straw – I’m signing up. I’ve been dithering for ages and then it struck me – if this was a physical conference in the same country as me, there’s no way I wouldn’t have signed up already… Meanwhile, if it was a physical conference, but in the US – there’s no way I could be there this weekend. So… duh. Also, I’m halfway through your book (with oh so many notes/questions jotted down already). And last night I actually dreamt I met you. I went to your house with a bunch of friends, who watched tv in your lounge while I picked your brain with aforementioned questions in the kitchen. I woke up not remembering the answers. But I do remember that you had 6 miniature dogs that were super cute and you were really nice…. Was that all too creepy?! Hopefully no ones going to look at me funny tomorrow (I’m in NZ so from what I figure, 17 hours in your future (I think – it’s honestly blowing my mind a bit and however many times I check, I can’t quite believe it). So, I will see you in the morning (hopefully, if I have the right time)! Thanks, Sara
