Yes, this is a fun post, Cait. I agree with Jennifer Jensen. Looks like you had a wonderful time at the writers conference. “Cabana boy,” your husband! LOL! My hubby and I were in North Carolina around the same time you were. What a beautiful state. We went to visit oldest daughter, son-in-law, and our two grand darlings. They love NC so much, they don’t plan on ever moving back to California. Darn.

Can’t relax too much today – we’re having an election! On the other hand, no results til polling closes, so I might as well break out a miniseries and popcorn.
BTW, did you mean your castle was impervious to sappers? Or is attack by sapeurs a legit thing at the beach? Because that would be a) awesome to see and b) deserving of its own book/series/movie spinoff!
