I’ve heard said many times that if you are not willing to invest the time and money in your own products/business then why should anyone else. The best investment you can make is investing in you. I see many new writers…Ruth Ware, Stasi Eldridge, etc. set up podcasts for their readers. Its not only smart but a necessity. Just like any business, we writers need to set ourselves apart from the competition. This us great post and update on the current publishing environment. I just finished reading a Stephen King book, and am now reading a pre-published WIP by an author friend of mine. Yes, I’m a test reader! Oh, I did read a book titled “The Devil’s Dance” a while back, and my latest WIP is a romance-suspense-mystery. Quite a change-up from my previous dystopian works.
